Coffee Anyone?

Given the popularity of coffee worldwide, it might be more accurate to say “coffee is for almost everyone.” Add those who prefer tea or soft drinks and we see that it is caffeine for everyone.

My morning starts with a habit that is just this side of addiction. I set up my Moccamaster before retiring for the night. Check out the Moccamaster as it is the best brewed coffee maker I have ever used. When I come down about 5 AM in the morning, I press the brew button and in four minutes I am enjoying the first of my daily two cups of dark roast coffee.

Since caffeine consumption is so common, we should want to know more about how it impacts our health. The two links below may provide the reassuring answers we need.

Incidentally, I do accept invitations to locally owned coffee shops. Call me, please.
